What to expect?
The physical will include an examination of your heart rate, hearing, vision, etc. to determine your eligibility to drive safely on the road. Upon the completion of this exam you will receive forms MSCA-5875/5876, qualifying you for up to 24 months.
What should I bring?
- Your Driver License or CDL
- Glasses/Hearing Aid (If Necessary)
- Letter from Doctor (If Necessary)
How can I prepare?
- Don’t drink coffee morning of your exam
- Take your medication as prescribed
- Get a good night’s rest
Drivers who already have their CDL can ask about our Virtual Submission, where you can get you forms virtually processed so you can skip the line at DMV. Available for an addition $10.
